The Jungrau reagion and escpecially the Gimmelwald/Mürren/Schilthorn area is optimal for practising this sport. With skilifts and the gondola you get into high altitude within no time. There are take-off possibilities in Mürren, Birg and Schilthorn. In Winter you can take off at the Schiltgrad. Please have a look at the signs with information about cables etc at the landing area in Stechelberg.
